Returns & Warranty

Return window

Unused parts in original packaging may be returned within TODO(owner): 30 days? of delivery. Contact us for a return authorisation before shipping anything back — returns received without one cannot be processed.

Condition requirements

To be refundable, a part must be uninstalled, unmarked, and complete with all supplied hardware and documentation.

A part that has been fitted to a vehicle cannot be returned. Turbochargers show installation immediately — oil in the centre section, witness marks on the V-band flanges, heat discolouration on the turbine housing. Once a part has seen oil or exhaust gas it cannot be resold and is not eligible for refund.

Restocking

TODO(owner): state a restocking fee, or state that none applies. A typical figure for performance parts is 15% on non-defective returns.

Return shipping

Return shipping is paid by the buyer unless the return is the result of our error or a defective part. Where we are at fault we cover shipping both ways.

Damaged or incorrect items

Inspect your order on arrival. Report shipping damage or an incorrect item within TODO(owner): 5 business days?, with photographs of the packaging and the part. We will replace or refund at our discretion.

Warranty

TODO(owner): state the warranty period and what it covers. Confirm this wording with counsel.

Warranty does not cover:

  • Damage from improper installation or inadequate oil supply.
  • Operation beyond published limits — boost pressure, shaft speed, or exhaust gas temperature.
  • Foreign object damage to compressor or turbine wheels.
  • Competition use, where stated for a given product.
  • Normal wear, or cosmetic corrosion and discolouration.

Non-returnable

  • Installed parts.
  • Custom or made-to-order items.
  • Items returned without a return authorisation.
