Terms of Service

These terms govern your purchase of products from MADMAN MOTORSPORTS, LLC ("MADMAN", "we", "us"). By placing an order you agree to them.

Off-road and competition use

TODO(owner): counsel should confirm this wording before launch. Certain products sold by MADMAN are intended for off-road, racing, and competition use only. They are not designed, tested, or certified for use on vehicles operated on public roads, and installing them on a pollution-controlled vehicle may violate federal, state, or local law.

You are solely responsible for determining whether a product is legal for your intended use and for complying with all applicable emissions, noise, and safety regulations in your jurisdiction. MADMAN makes no representation that any product conforms to such regulations.

Installation and fitment

Forced-induction components must be installed by a qualified technician. Improper installation, inadequate lubrication, incorrect fuelling, or operation beyond published limits can cause component failure, engine damage, fire, or injury. Published specifications describe the component in isolation and do not guarantee results in any particular vehicle.

Orders and pricing

We may refuse or cancel any order, including after confirmation, where a product is unavailable or a price or description was published in error. Where we cancel a paid order we refund in full.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MADMAN's total liability arising from a product is limited to the amount you paid for it. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including engine damage, vehicle downtime, towing, lost competition entry, or lost profit.
